After studying Hotel Management at the highly regarded Shannon College, son David Wallace worked overseas gaining experience at leading luxury hotels in Germany and London, while sister Maureen held positions at international hotels in Australia and England. Our restaurant is rated as one of the top in Clare, while our long-standing chef earned his pips at Heston Blumenthal’s temple to innovative cuisine, The Fat Duck. Our famous Seafood Chowder has also featured on TV3’s Ireland AM.

Tuesday to Saturday – 6.00pm to 9.30pm for evening meals.
